Alberni Colour Corner,stocked online.
Port Alberni's independent Benjamin Moore retailer, in business since 2005. The site puts the shelf online, with prices, so a customer can check before driving over.

What the site does.
A catalogue with prices
Paint, sprayers, tips and supplies are listed with their prices, and current offers have a page of their own. Equipment rentals and in-store services sit alongside the products.
Edited by the store
Staff add and change products, projects and photos themselves from an admin area built into the site. No separate content server to keep alive, and no waiting on anyone to post a price change.
Easy for Google to read
Every page carries its own title and description, the store is described to search engines as a local business, and the sitemap updates itself as products change.
How it was built.
Moved, not rebuilt from zero
The old site's content lived on a separate server. Every product and gallery entry was moved into the new site, keeping its place, and the old server was retired.
One system, not two
The content editor now lives inside the website itself, so there is one thing to host, update and back up instead of two.
Built for the shop floor
Prices, offers and rentals are the first things a customer sees, because those are the questions the counter answers all day.
